Purico S.E. specializes in the development and management of industrial and commercial properties around the island of Puerto Rico. We own as part of our industrial property portfolio, four modern dry warehouses conveniently located in Aguadilla , Ponce, Naranjito and Mayagüez . Our warehouses are strategically located within easy access to interstate highways and equipped with emergency power generators in order to be able to continue operations in case the island is threatened during the hurricane season.

In addition, Purico S.E. designs and/or develops office buildings as well as neighborhood shopping centers located in high traffic areas such as Arecibo Commercial Court and the Galeria Pacífico in Cupey. These neighborhood shopping centers are becoming a trend in Puerto Rico providing communities easy access to everyday family needs without having to go to large shopping malls. Purico's clients include well known and established companies such as Walgreens as well as government agencies and local small businesses.
